A few years back while working for a large tire company, I noticed that the main focus was servicing large trucking companies. My job was to find and secure their business. One day, I noticed every time I walked out of my office, the lobby was full of tradesmen, like electricians, plumbers, and HVAC professionals, spending hours and not making any money. Then what about the moms and dads with the toddler and a newborn? I'm sure they would rather be at home or the park enjoying their family. I asked, "why don't we do a mobile service for these customers?" The answer was, "it was too difficult to do."
I disagreed. I have put together a mobile unit with top-of-the-line equipment to service companies and the public, allowing them just a little more time to spend with their family or on a work project. Either way, it improves the quality of life.
